Who said yoga is too gentle and boring? Yoga requires strength, endurance and power not just the flexibility! Each class we will start with 10min warm-ups, 15min build up to core & target area strength building drills, 20min of yoga with the target area, 5~10min HIIT circuit called ‘Tabata’ with cardio and 5min cool down with breathwork. You will sweat a lot for sure and you might have sore body next day. BUT, we will have lots of fun and you will feel the difference in body and mind in 1 month!(Of course, if you gotta join every week consistently!) Let’s build yoga strength💪🏻
