Service Description

Who said yoga is too gentle and boring? Yoga requires strength, endurance and power not just the flexibility! Each class we will start with warm-ups, build up to core & target area strength building drills, 20min of yoga with the target area, 5~10min HIIT circuit with cardio! You will sweat a lot and for sure you will have sore tummy next day. BUT, it will be lots of fun and you will feel the difference in body and mind in 1 month!(Of course, if you gotta join every week consistently!) Let’s build yoga strength💪🏻
