Haley

RYT 200

Her classes:

Power vinyasa yoga

Haley was first introduced to yoga in high school when a friend took her to a Bikram yoga class. She left that class having been mentally and physically challenged like never before.

Haley completed her 200hr Power Yoga Teacher Training in San Francisco in 2018 and taught a numerous classes at Core Power Yoga since then.

Her goal as an instructor is to give students the space to gain self awareness through mindful movement and breath.

In her classes, she likes to balance heat-building, strengthening flows with postures that focus on deep stretching.

Amanda

RYT 500

Her classes:

Yoga Sculpt

Amanda began practicing yoga in high school and continued practicing intermittently until 2017 when she moved to San Francisco and found it as a consistent element in her life. Yoga not only inspired and empowered Amanda in the studio, but allowed her to apply to principles of yoga in her everyday life. Amanda completed her 200 hour PYTT in 2018 and is currently continuing on with her 500 hour certification. The best part of yoga for Amanda is that it always meets her where she is at. She helps to bring this same gentle inspiration into each vinyasa and sculpt class.
