The best way to start your day is with this 2 weeks sunrise yoga program! It’s gentle sunrise yoga but you can take it at anytime of the day. Please set the most quiet and free time of your day and practice every day at the same hour. Each class, you can expect: - Start with picking up the positivity affirmation card, read it and set it as an intention of the class and day - Gentle stretches on spine and shoulders - Sun Salutation A - Gentle and simple flow for the day’s target area Instead of focusing on adjustment, we will flow more organically to listen to our mind and body. Each day we will target different area of the body and mind, and we will slowly progress. You will leave the class with full of positive energy! Any level is welcomed! You can practice at your own schedule, but I encourage you to commit yourself to daily practice for 2 weeks! Let’s breathe-in yoga together❤️
