Either your goal is gaining flexibility, loosing weights or build the strength, I can work with you to achieve beyond the goal. We will first have a free consultation session to customize the personal training session plan. Each session will have 4 parts in 1 hour class: 1. Warm-ups 2. Drills and weight training 3. Yoga session 4. Cardio Each session will be customized and help you to build toward the target and your goal! You will feel not just physically strong but also mentally strong after the session!
