Week 1(June 8): 45mins Surya namaskar A & Surya namaskar B with modification and repetition Week 2(June 15): 45mins Standing postures(3 Sets of Sun A & 3 sets of B to begin) Week 3(June 22 ): 45mins Seated postures(3 Sets of Sun A & 3 sets of B to begin) Week 4(June 29): 45mins Closing sequence (3 Sets of Sun A & 3 sets of B to begin) Week 5(July 6): 1 hour modified Ashtanga primary series * Minimum 6 people to open up the class. * Participants will have an access to recordings saved after the class to re-practice. * For Unlimited yoga members, choose “Offline payment”. * Virtual only
